Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is a Hollywood actor, writer and best-selling novelist. Her skills have earned her international recognition. Sagittarius in birth, Julianne Moore was born December 3, 1960 in North Carolina. She is oldest among three siblings, born to Peter Moore Smith who was the paratrooper. The mother of her child Anne is a psychotherapist. She's of English and Scottish origin. Her father was a professional who frequently moved the family. The show aired until 1988, when she received the Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990, she made her debut as an actress on Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. Later she described it as the film with a small budget. Short Cuts was produced by Robert Altman in 1993 and 3 Women was released in 1997. The film was critically acclaimed and Moore was nominated for multiple awards. Moore played her first main role as a lead actress in Safe(1995). In 1997 the actress career was at a crossroads as Steven Spielberg cast her to star in Jurassic Park: The Lost World that became one of 1997's highest-grossing movies. She was a part of Magnolia (1999), which was praised by critics and was awarded an SAG nod for her role. The Hours starred Moore in 2002, and was nominated for nine Academy Awards along with Nicole Kidman. Additional movies Moore starred in includes The Forgotten (2004) Freedomland (2006) Shelter (2010) etc. Non-Stop was her 2014 film. Moore was in a variety of productions and films. Most recently, she starred as the lead in When You Finish Saving The World (2022). The actress has established herself in Hollywood as well as being an author of children's books. Her first book Freckleface Strawberry was published in 2007, and was a bestseller on the The New York Times. best-seller, leading to the adaptation into a series and a musical.
