Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast, and captain of The US women's Olympic gymnastics Team 2012 Fierce Five and in 2016. the Final Five. In the 2012 Olympics in London she was awarded gold medals for floor and team competitions, as well as a bronze medal on the balance beam. She was the first American to win many Olympic medals. In the 2016 Olympics she won gold in the team event that brought her as well as teammate Gabby Douglas the credit of being one of the very first Americans to earn back-to-back gold medals for the team. She also won silver medals in the all-around individual event and in the floor workout. The break was for three years between the two Olympics to not compete in gymnastics. Also, she was a member of the gold-winning American teams in the two World Championships. The gymnastics lessons she began in the age of 2 and her most favorite sport is floor workouts. Aly works with her organization, the Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization in memory and honor of her mother. Aly plans on pursuing the profession of a fashion designer. She hopes to pursue the expansion of her signature collection of leotards. Fierce is due to be released at the end of summer.
